HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical Surgical Telemetry (Med Surg Tele) unit. The successful candidate will provide top-tier patient care in a dynamic and high-tech environment. Monitor patient health and update records with vital signs and medical information. Administer prescribed medications, note effects, and update treatment plans Operate medical equipment and assist with procedures. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans. Educate patients and families about management of illnesses and post-hospital care. Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitary regulations. Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. Ability to operate telemetry and other medical equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and team members. Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Florida. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association or equivalent. Certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing (CMSRN) or Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) preferred but not required.
