Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients in the ER setting under strict timelines. Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to create comprehensive patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate patient records and report any pertinent changes in patient condition to relevant parties. Perform lifesaving procedures such as BLS and ACLS in emergency scenarios. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatments and post-hospital care. Strong clinical skills in a high-stress ER environment Proficiency in electronic health record systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-priority, complex cases with a dedicated approach to patient care Capability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida BLS Certification ACLS Certification PALS Certification preferred
