Job Description:
HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled
Registered Nurse to join our dynamic float pool team. This position
offers the unique opportunity to work across various specialty
departments, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and contributing
to diverse clinical environments. The ideal candidate will deliver
compassionate, high-quality care, adapting quickly to changing
situations and seamlessly integrating with different healthcare
teams to enhance patient outcomes and support the hospital’s
commitment to community health. Provide direct nursing care in
various departments based on daily needs. Administer medications,
monitor patient conditions, and document care provided. Collaborate
with healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate
patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health
conditions and post-hospital care. Assess, supervise, and mentor
new staff and participate in wellness programs. Ensures the
maintenance of patient confidentiality and dignity. Proficiency in
administering patient care and medication. Strong adaptability to
varying health care settings and patient needs. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Critical thinking and
quick decision-making skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of Florida. Basic Life Support (BLS) and
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the
American Heart Association.
