Job Summary:Customer Service Representative will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to deliver outstanding customer service through fast and accurate order processing, communication, and coordination with other departments. The candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.Responsibilities:Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely mannerTransfer calls to appropriate staff/departmentsData entry of customers ordersRetrieve data from customers portals and enter orders in our systemEnsure mandatory queue coverageProvide customers with product and service informationProvide product troubleshooting over the phoneIdentify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternativesBuild sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mileProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsFrequently attend product / material training to improve knowledge and performance levelAssist in training and developing new employeesAssist with other projects outside of customer serviceHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionReview and resolve assigned inquiries/issuesResolve incorrect locations issues / Resolve defective cylinder issues / Rush deliveries requestsJob description is subject to change based on new responsibilitiesQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
