Conduct psychological assessments and provide accurate diagnoses based on comprehensive evaluation. Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals. Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches for individuals, groups, and families. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate treatment and advocate for patient needs. Maintain detailed records of patient sessions, progress, and treatment changes following professional standards and privacy regulations. Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in clinical social work. Engage in community outreach and educational programs to promote mental health awareness and the services offered at Headway. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Expertise in various therapeutic techniques and models Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion Capability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current and valid state LCSW license Certification in clinical practice from a recognized social work board
