Job Description:
HCA Florida Largo Hospital invites qualified and compassionate
Registered Nurses to join our dynamic ICU and Emergency Departments
as a part-time Float Nurse. In this role, you will leverage
state-of-the-art technology and collaborate with top professionals
to deliver exemplary care across critically demanding environments.
As a key team member, you will adapt to varying clinical settings
while maintaining high standards of care, contributing
significantly to our community-focused health initiatives. Provide
comprehensive nursing care in ICU and Emergency settings, adjusting
to the needs of each department. Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare
team. Administer medications, monitor patient recovery and
progress, and educate patients and their families on discharge
instructions. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in
compliance with hospital protocols and regulations. Document
patient care services accurately and completely in the patient's
medical record. Proficiency in managing intensive care and
emergency unit operations Skill in the application of monitoring
equipment, such as EKGs and infusion pumps Strong communication,
interpersonal, and documentation skills Ability to handle stress
and make critical decisions in high-pressure environments Medical

Active Registered Nurse License in the state of Florida Basic Life
Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) Certification
