Assess and monitor patient conditions, and document all patient interactions and treatments effectively. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care plans. Administer medications and maintain detailed notes including medical histories and registered nursing care activities. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and other aspects of therapeutic regimens. Participate in review and improvement of processes and procedures within assigned units. Strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and potentially stressful environment Demonstrated ability to adapt response and tactics depending on patient needs Competence in using healthcare software and electronic records systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida or a compact state Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
