The responsibilities will transition once he club grand opens. What You’ll Do as a General Manager (Presale & Open Club): ?? Pre-Sale & Grand Opening Execution – Lead the charge in launching new Crunch locations by driving memberships, community outreach, and pre-sale events. ?? Sales Leadership – Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to hit aggressive membership goals. ?? Team Development – Recruit, hire, and develop a top-tier staff that thrives on customer service, sales, and fitness culture. ?? Community Engagement & Brand Representation – Create buzz around Crunch by networking, forming partnerships, and making Crunch the go-to gym in town. ?? Operational Excellence – Oversee daily club operations, ensuring top-notch cleanliness, service, and execution of company policies. ?? Performance & KPI Management – Track and analyze key metrics to optimize sales, team productivity, and financial performance. ??
