A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PEST CONTROL SALES MANAGER As a Pest Control Sales Manager, you provide mentorship and guidance to your team of sales reps. You're committed to helping each employee succeed, and you provide ongoing training to continually improve their skills. When one of your team members needs extra support, you're happy to meet with them to provide one-on-one attention and feedback. "Uptight corporate" isn't your management style!
