concentrated wholesaler of reproduction art to an industry leading,
vertically integrated designer and manufacturer of artwork for the
commercial, residential, and corporate markets. Wendover has grown

As part of the Company's growth and technology investment strategy,
Wendover Art Group has recently transitioned to a new ERP system.
Wendover is also implementing a new B2B eCommerce website, which
will be fully integrated with the ERP system and offer a full suite
of new functionality for our customers. Wendover is looking for an
eCommerce Analyst to support the Information Systems team's
implementation and administration of these new systems.
Primary responsibilities of the role will include:
Manage Digital Product Catalog- Oversee and support with setting up
new items.- Maintain processes for product creation and data
accuracy.- Organize and manage digital images and related product
assets.- Ensure all products setup properly for website item
configurator functionality.- Firm understanding of operations
processes as well, because product data also drives scheduling, raw
material purchasing, and production. The eCommerce Analyst is
managing product data for both front-end sales and for back-end
Website Analytics- Monitor website traffic, usage, and KPIs.-
Prepare reports and analyses on website activity.- Work with
Marketing, Business Development, and other departments to make
recommendations to improve user experience on website.
Search and Browsing- Monitor website search activity and results.-
Maintain search admin settings to improve user experience and
facilitate sales.- Run A/B testing scenarios on search campaigns.-
Prepare reports and analyses on search activity.- Maintain all
product attributes that will impact search and configuration
User Support- Create processes and documentation for internal
website users.- Train internal users on front-end site usage and
back-end (admin) usage.- Assist with troubleshooting and addressing
website functionality issues (particularly with eCommerce
transactions, search functionality, item configurations, etc.).
In addition to these primary duties, the eCommerce Analyst will
also support the Information Systems team with other department
responsibilities, such as data maintenance, report design, testing,
documentation, and general administration.
Below are some additional skills that are beneficial in this role
(though candidates do not need experience in all these areas):-
Relational databases and SQL- Microsoft Excel and Access- Google
Analytics and Tag Manager- End-user documentation and training-
Product Information Management (PIM)- Digital Asset Management
A Bachelor's degree is required for this role. Ideal experience
level is at least 2+ years' experience in product information
management, marketing analytics, eCommerce, or similar fields.
This is a full-time, permanent position. The responsibilities
require you to work onsite in our Largo office (i.e. no working
remotely), so we are looking for candidates who want to be part of
