We have a passion culture - with teamwork, collaboration and a focus on growing individuals and giving them the tools & development opportunities to have a successful career.This role will work out of our Jencap West Region Offices in Springfield-MO, Tampa-FL, FT or Worth-TX on a Hybrid ScheduleAssist in the issuance of policies and documenting files in the policy operating system and support the underwriting team with correspondence, notes and documents.Supporting the underwriting team with:Communicating with retail agents in gathering information/documents using tasks/reminders and Outlook.Inspection ordering, review and discrepancy/recommendation handlingProcessing cancellation and Reinstatement NoticesProcessing Pre-Audit Correspondence; Closed Even Audits and Premium Bearing AuditsClaims reporting and confirmationsProcessing all endorsementsGradually learn the renewal quote process in development of underwriting skills for the futureREQUIREMENTS:Bachelors Degree or Equivalent experience preferred. Risk management course completion preferred.Insurance background and/or experience preferred with emphasis on Commercial P&C, GL and WC.Strong customer service skills to our internal and external customers.Ability to multi-task and meet deadlinesAbility to work as part of a team and uphold high service standardsFamiliar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and WordWant the opportunity to build something new?
