Job Description:
Description:The Inside Sales Representative will focus on
customer acquisition. This position involves cold calling new
potential customers, customer business referrals, and leads. The
Inside Sales Representative will provide prospective customers with
all services offered and additional information as needed. They
will work with the customer to create solutions for their needs and
consult through the sales process. This position only performs the
function of obtaining new sales. The Inside Sales Representative
reports directly to the Director of Sales.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:SELL! Meet and exceed sales quotas in line with
individual and company forecast. Cold calling; making multiple
outbound calls to potential customers. Researching potential leads
from business directories and web searches. Qualifying leads from
digital campaigns, references, tradeshows, etc. Presenting and
delivering information to potential customers. Answering potential
customer questions and follow-up call questions. Tracking weekly,
monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics. Collaborate
with sales team to identify and sales opportunities. Maintaining
CRM database with prospective customer information. Ability to meet
various KPIs as set by management. Communicate with
cross-functional internal teams (Customer Solutions and Marketing)
to improve the entire customer experience. Ability to adhere to
PharmaLink's branding policies and marketing strategies.

assigned.Requirements:REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Experience
with phone sales & service, preferably B2B sales.Experience with
CRM software.Experience delivering customer-focused solutions to
customer needs.Sharp attention to detail.Excellent listening,
negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong verbal and written
communication skills.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Attend and participate
in all sales related meetings and events as directed by
management.Ability to work in an inside sales environment.
