Job Description:
Salary $15 per hour (Upto $35,000 Annually)Job Location
ResponsibilitiesReceives and answers phone calls from a variety of
customers who are calling for service regarding their accounts and
helps resolve them with accuracy and efficiency.Communicates with
customers regarding service requests or problems.Documents,
evaluates and resolves customer's inquiries.Works with other
departments to complete customer requests and minimize
escalations.Represents our customer with professional pride to
internal and external customers.Consistently meets/exceeds set
quality and productivity metrics.Functions within a team based
environment, and actively participates in achieving team
goals.QualificationsHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent.Minimum
1 year of experience with call center or customer service
experience/training.Fundamental computer knowledge and
maneuverability within window applications.Basic understanding of
Microsoft office suite, specifically Word and Excel.General
understanding of life and health insurance, annuity, and investment
products is a plus.Behavioral & Leadership CompetenciesAbility to
maintain the confidentiality of customer and company
information.Ability to work independently and seek additional
opportunities when able.Good verbal and written communication
