As part of this role, you will

  • Assist in all aspects of Provider recruitment

  • Assist in expanding the network of professional service partners to assist with recruiting efforts.

  • Assist with researching business opportunities, enhancing company financial performance and community visibility

  • Assist with legal correspondences and contracting

What you need to bring to this role:

  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience recruiting executive/healthcare professionals.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience working in healthcare organizations.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills
  • Experience developing and achieving goals for growth.
  • Familiarity with community health services and centers
  • Valid driver license required
  • Ability to maintain high confidentiality and act with discretion
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
