Responsibilities

  • Provide and authorize community access to visitors and service personnel pre-authorized by the unit owner(s).
  • Monitor security devices at all times and notify Direct Supervisor and/or police of suspicious or unusual activity.
  • Maintain a daily Activity Report, Checklist and all sign in/out logs.
  • Provide general information to owners, guests and outside inquiries, always maintaining a kind and hospitable presentation.
  • Direct large deliveries to proper unloading areas and coordinate them with the Maintenance Manager.
  • A perimeter and grounds walks should occur randomly. Random garage/guest parking checks should also be done. Follow up with written reports of any incidents. Ensure that the recreational area is secured.

Qualifications

  • Class D Security License required (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire). Cost of class will be reimbursed after successful 90 days.
  • Proficient knowledge of entry and security systems
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills

Hours: 32 hours per week: Monday 2:30PM - 10:30PM and Wednesday - Friday, 6:30AM - 2:30PM.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience
