The primary purpose of this position is to track, obtain and
manage medical records required for a home healthcare agency.

1. Fax requests for medical records.

3. Track medical records.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and
follow instructions. Must be pleasant and professional at all
times. Must have great telephone etiquette. Must be a team player
with a positive attitude. Must be able to speak, write and
understand English in a manner that is sufficient for effective
communication. Must be comfortable with computers and able to
handle high volume in a stressful work environment.
