The part time Facility Manager will provide support and access
to third party vendors as well as conduct minor preventative
maintenance & repairs on the following Equipment:
The hours Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 12:30 pm
Air Handlers / Chillers / Vent and Exhaust Units Vacuum Pumps &
Air Compressors Building Automation Systems All aspects of office
environments and lighting Building infrastructure, roofs, doors,
windows and overall site
Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50-75lbs.
Must have the hand, arm, and wrist dexterity to utilize small
equipment and tools (hammer, shovel, screwdrivers, etc.).
Must be able to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods of
Must be able to work in various working conditions (indoors,
outdoors, heat, cold, etc.).
Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights above ground
level (maximum 3 feet)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong troubleshooting skills Complete understanding of repairs
and maintenance at a facility level Skilled in hands on mechanical,
plumbing, general building repairs and consider self a Jack of all
trades Ability to use basic construction tools effectively Must be
able to read and understand English to effectively communicate with
fellow employees on work-related issues Ability to work with little
supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Must have prioritization and time management skills.
Must have a pleasant attitude and a good work ethic.
