Identifies potential new program opportunities to deliver
integrated solutions that meet multiple business partner needs.
Directs analyses, root cause identification and development and
recommendation of key work products.
Applies expert knowledge of the business, its products and

Deep P&C Knowledge in the areas of Product, Underwriting or
Experience in operational risk management to include development
of risk appetite, risk metrics, and KRI’s
Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
discipline in large Financial Institution
Understanding of business controls
Proficient knowledge of relevant business process(es) and
regulatory compliance requirements
Agile and/or Project Management Certifications
Significant experience collaborating and communicating (written
& verbal) with business partners and executive stakeholders, with
demonstrated ability to influence high-impact decisions
