Job Description Location: Largo, FL Job Type: Full-Time | 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri: 3:30PM - 12AM Saturday OT as required) Compensation: $17.16/hour shift differential Benefits Overtime opportunities About the Role Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with tools and being part of a fast-paced team? What You’ll Do Assemble air conditioning units using hand and power tools Follow blueprints and engineering drawings to build subassemblies and final products Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Inspect parts for defects and report issues Collaborate with your team to meet production goals Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes Use basic computer tools (Excel, Word) to track production and inventory Be flexible with overtime and shift changes as needed What You Bring Required: High school diploma or GED Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a noisy and dusty setting Preferred: Strong communication and teamwork skills WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
