Duties: As a Night Chaperone Agent, you play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of students during overnight trips. Your key responsibilities include: Monitor student areas and hotel hallways to ensure safety, curfew compliance, and respectful behavior. Supervise outdoor locations, maintaining high visibility and vigilance. Provide a calm and professional presence that encourages positive behavior and ensures students feel supported and safe. Maintain detailed nightly reports on activities, behaviors, and any incidents. Collaborate closely with group leaders and tour operators to ensure every trip runs smoothly and successfully. Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, including medical, safety, or behavioral situations. Serve as a dependable role model of professionalism, integrity, and responsibility for the students in your care. Location & Work Environment: This role is based at hotel properties (both indoor and outdoor locations) throughout Orlando, FL, and the surrounding areas. Night Chaperone Agents are assigned on-site and remain at the hotel overnight. The position requires a calm, attentive presence during evening and overnight hours, including monitoring hallways, common areas, and designated floors to support student safety and ensure compliance with hotel and group guidelines. Assignments may include outdoor-facing properties, including locations within the Walt Disney World Resort area. Candidates must be comfortable walking and standing for extended periods and remaining active in varying weather conditions, while maintaining a professional and reassuring presence throughout the night. Pay & Hours: Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Schedule: Overnight shifts generally range from 58 hours and are scheduled between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Specific start and end times may vary within this window based on assignment needs, with flexible weekly scheduling available. This position is paid twice per week, via direct deposit. Emergency assignments are offered at a higher hourly rate, with instant (same-day) pay options. Po sition Qualifications: Must be25 years of age or older.
