Job Description:
TEAM LEADER ROLEThe Buff City Soap Team Leader is responsible
for supporting a customer-centric work environment, partnering with
the Store and Assistant Manager to achieve all Guest service
standards. This individual will manage and supervise the Makery to
achieve company operational goals by fostering a sense of urgency
to achieve objectives. In addition, they will support the Store
Manager and Assistant Manager with team member training,
accountability and coaching within a positive inclusive store
culture.Team Leaders can be full-time or part-time. -Duties and
Responsibilities
Fosters a customer experience culture
that is positive, genuine and informativeDrives to meet or exceed
sales goals and average transactionCommunicates daily priorities,
goals and initiatives to team membersTrain new team members in
delivery of exceptional Guest experience utilizing Buff City Soap's
Core 4 scriptsCoaches team members as needed, giving appropriate
praise and guidanceEnsures all products are made to Buff City Soap
production standardsCreates daily production lists for store team
membersTrain new team members in the production of soaps and other
productsLeads team in meeting, practicing and communicating -all
Safety standardsLeads by example, following all BCSMW policies and
procedures; acts with integrityCommunicates with team ensuring all
cash handling processes are followedAssists in marketing events as
neededEnsures all opening and closing duties are completed, using
provided checklistsAdditional assignments as requested by

REQUIREMENTS
Must be authorized to work in the
United StatesReliable transportation to arrive at work on time each
shiftMust be 18 years of age or olderWilling to undergo a
background checkAvailability to open and close store as
neededFlexible work schedule 30-40 hours for FT, 15-30 hours for
PTIncludes weekends and some holidays PAY
$14.50 per -hourBENEFITS
