International Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description:

Adecco is hiring immediately for a short term International Customer Experience Coordinator for client in Largo, FL. This 2-3 Month temporary contract, work from home opportunity pays $20.00/HR.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities include:

  • Determine appropriate shipping methods and prepare the required documentation
  • Audit and process invoices for approval of payment of transportation fees
  • Provide information such as Medical Device Listing numbers, 510K numbers, registration numbers, manufacturer name/address, HTS codes, product codes and descriptions to facilitate customs clearance
  • Maintain compliance with the Export Administration Act (EAA)

    Requirements include:
  • A minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience. At least two years of experience dealing with international customers and export regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Ability to find, interpret, and apply instruction from various entities to respond to customer and management requests in a timely fashion
