Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered
Nurse to join our dedicated Med Surg Transplant Oncology team. This
position is key to providing specialized nursing care to
postoperative patients undergoing complex transplant and oncology
treatments. Our goal is to enhance patient outcomes, deliver
effective care, and ensure a safe environment conducive to healing
and recovery. You will play a crucial role in managing patient
care, supporting families, and collaborating with a
multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care tailored to
individual patient needs. Assess patient condition and plan,
implement, and evaluate individual patient care plans. Administer
medications, monitor vital signs, and quickly address
complications. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other
medical professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Educate
patients and their families about disease processes, surgical
procedures, and ongoing treatments. Maintain accurate and
up-to-date patient documentation and comply with healthcare
regulations. Strong clinical skills in a Med Surg, Transplant, or
Oncology setting. Ability to effectively communicate with patients,
families, and colleagues. Proficient in using medical software and
patient management systems. Capable of critical thinking and quick
decision-making in high-pressure situations. Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse license in the state of employment. BLS
certification; ACLS preferred. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or
Certified Transplant Nurse (CTN) certification encouraged.
