RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for performing all front office tasks and to assist wherever needed in the office. Assist in training new personnel in front office positions, and act as a resource person for all office staff and patients. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 1 year of patient services specialist experience at FCS is strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills to train staff. Excellent interpersonal skills to work with a variety of personalities. Attention to detail. High school diploma or GED required. Valid Florida Drivers License.
