Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our
Progressive Care Unit Intermediate Medical Care (PCU IMC) team,
aiming to provide top-tier, compassionate nursing care at our
advanced healthcare facilities. This role emphasizes
patient-centered practices in a dynamic and supportive environment,
reinforcing our commitment to improve human life. As a member of
our team, you will be instrumental in delivering expert care in
high-dependency situations, adhering to comprehensive treatment
plans, and facilitating patient recovery. Monitor and record
patient's condition, and report changes to doctors. Ensure precise
implementation of treatment plans and administer medications.
Educate patients and families on management of illnesses and
post-treatment care. Supervise and guide junior nurses and nursing
assistants. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying
with procedures, rules, and regulations. Strong clinical skills in
a PCU/IMC setting Proficiency in electronic health record systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in
the state of practice BLS certified; ACLS preferred Certification
in Progressive Care Nursing (PCCN) is a plus
