Job Description:

specialized care. We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered
Nurse to join our Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit. This position
requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail,
focusing on caring for patients post-cardiothoracic surgery. The
role demands a compassionate approach to care, strong clinical
skills, and a proactive attitude in a dynamic ICU environment.
Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the
Cardiothoracic ICU. Monitor cardiac and respiratory status of
patients, adjusting care plans accordingly. Collaborate with the
healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and
families on post-operative care and health maintenance. Participate
in the development and implementation of patient care protocols.
Advanced knowledge of cardiac care and post-operative recovery.
Proficiency in using medical software for patient care management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work
effectively in high-pressure situations. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Currently licensed
as a Registered Nurse. BLS/ACLS certified. Certification in
Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred.
