care. We are seeking Family Physicians (or Med-Peds) to join
growing, forward-thinking health centers in St. Cloud and
Poinciana, Florida . In this model, you’ll build meaningful
relationships with your patients while focusing on prevention,
lifestyle medicine, and whole-person care - including nutrition,
exercise, and mental health. Patients benefit from enhanced access,
education, and ongoing support, leading to better outcomes and
higher satisfaction for both patients and providers. You’ll also
have access to a robust, integrated care team - including
dietitians, pharmacists, and social workers —available for
collaboration at no cost to you or your patients. This is an

patients per day (patient ages 2) 1 hour scheduled for new
patients/30 minutes for established and acute visits Flexible
