Job Description:

a Registered Nurse in Home Health. In this role, you will provide
top-quality medical care to patients in their homes, reflecting our
commitment to the health and well-being of our community. Working
alongside a dedicated team, you will facilitate patient-centered
care and support patients' recovery and health management outside
the traditional hospital setting. Conduct initial patient
assessments and plan ongoing care Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed Monitor patient recovery and progress
Educate patients and families on health condition management
Coordinate with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members
Document all patient interactions and care provided Ensure
compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as
company policies Strong clinical skills and judgment Ability to
operate the latest home health technology Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Adaptability to different home
environments Good time management and organizational skills Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in practicing state Valid
driver's license and reliable transportation Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certification CPR certified
