Provide high-quality nursing care in various specialty units based on daily requirements. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary health team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Educate patients and families on health care needs, conditions, and options. Ensure the proper handling and usage of all medical equipment. Participate in team meetings and contribute to team planning. Strong clinical skills in a diversity of health care settings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing environments and varying patient conditions Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred but not required
