Job Description:

HCA Florida Largo Hospital is looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Endoscopy to join our dynamic team. You will be an integral part of a facility that is renowned for its advanced medical technology and commitment to excellence in patient care. As a Registered Nurse in our Endoscopy unit, you will work with a team of talented professionals to provide high-quality care and make a significant impact on the overall health of our community. This position requires a highly motivated individual who can not only follow established protocols but also contribute to the enhancement of our patient treatment procedures. Perform pre-operative duties to prepare patients for endoscopy procedures. Administer medications and monitor patient status during procedures. Work collaboratively with gastroenterologists and other healthcare professionals. Ensure the sterile environment is meticulously maintained. Educate patients and their families on post-procedure care. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to healthcare regulations. Proficiency in using endoscopic equipment and related medical devices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments. In-depth knowledge of infection control practices. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of Florida. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification Certification for Gastroenterology Nurses (CGRN) preferred.
