Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Educate patients and families on disease processes, medical-surgical conditions, and steps to recovery. Ensure patient safety and adherence to healthcare regulations and standards. Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
