Job Description:
HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN
Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) /
Intermediate Care (IMC) team. This role is pivotal in providing
top-tier medical care and monitoring patients with moderate to high
acuity levels who require constant observation and intervention.

healthcare excellence and community well-being. Monitor and manage
patient care in a progressive and intermediate care setting.
Operate and interpret results from advanced medical technology.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide
comprehensive patient care. Implement patient care plans and
effectively communicate with patients and their families. Ensure
adherence to hospital policies and legal regulations. Participate
in continuous educational opportunities to advance knowledge of
patient care practices. Excellent clinical skills in a PCU/IMC
setting. Ability to operate complex machinery and monitoring
equipment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Critical
thinking and problem-solving abilities. Compassionate patient care
with a commitment to ethical medical practices. Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida. BLS
certification (Basic Life Support). ACLS certification (Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
