Job Description:
HCA Florida Largo Hospital, a renowned leader in cardiovascular
medical services, is seeking a passionate and dedicated RN
Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Med Surg team. In our
facility that prides itself on cutting-edge technology and a
committed team, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier
medical care focused on cardiovascular patients. This position
requires a nurse who can thrive in a dynamic environment, where
advanced medical procedures and patient-centered care are the
norms. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the
cardiovascular med surg unit. Monitor patient condition and assess
their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Observe
and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to
physicians. Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise
individualized care plans for patients. Administer medications,
monitor adverse reactions, and document all patient interactions.
Participate in educational opportunities to update knowledge and
skills, relevant to nursing and patient care. Excellent knowledge
of nursing care methods and procedures. In-depth knowledge of
health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation,
decontamination etc.) and willingness adhere to them at all times.
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Responsible and compassionate. Outstanding organizational
and multi-tasking skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in
the state of Florida or multi-state licensure recognized by
Florida. BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
or equivalent.
