Kennel Technician Responsibilities and Duties: Provide compassionate care for pets Clean cages, runs and boarding area Exercise hospitalized / boarded dogs as needed Feed and provide fresh water and bedding to hospitalized / boarded pets as needed Monitor record and report physical signs of hospitalized / boarded pets Bathe pets, clean ears and trim nails Do laundry Wash and sanitize pet dishes Perform other duties as assigned Kennel Technician Qualifications and Skills: MUST love working with animals. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as well as manipulate (lift, carry, move) up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable with moderately high noise level. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be a reliable team player with a positive attitude, enthusiastic and must have a great work ethic. Must maintain a clean and healthy environment for clients.
