Staggered schedule preferred Monday–Friday accepted Typical hours:
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Designed to support long-term career satisfaction
and reduce burnout. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients with
speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans Document
evaluations, treatments, and progress Collaborate with therapy
staff, nursing, and physicians Educate patients and families
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care What We're Looking For
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Speech-Language Pathologist in
Florida New graduates welcome SNF, rehab, or clinical fellowship
experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication
skills Collaborative mindset Compensation & Benefits $43–$45/hour
