Job Description:

post-surgical patients in a medical-surgical setting. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with
the healthcare team. Administer medications, monitor patient
recovery, and document health status. Educate patients and their
families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and
other aspects of therapeutic regimens, including self-care and
lifestyle modifications. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized
environment for patients and staff. Participate in continuous
professional development and contribute to team meetings to enhance
patient care and outcomes. Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and
surgical nursing. Proficiency in using medical software and
electronic health records. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-stress,
fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in
the state of Florida. BLS/CPR certification. Orthopedic Nurse
Certified (ONC) preferred.
