HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Ambulatory Care Recovery team. This role is key in providing exceptional patient care in post-procedure recovery, ensuring a safe and smooth transition from care to the comfort of home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing with specific skills in post-operative care and patient education. At HCA Florida Largo Hospital, you will be part of a team that uses state-of-the-art technology and is committed to improving patient outcomes through innovative healthcare solutions. Monitor post-operative patients, assessing their condition and administering appropriate care Maintain accurate patient records and communicate updates to relevant healthcare team members Educate patients and their families on post-procedure care, ensuring they understand discharge instructions Administer medications as prescribed and monitor responses Adhere to all hospital health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe recovery environment Strong clinical skills in a recovery setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical record systems Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
