- Physician with an interest in value-based care - Geriatric /
Medicare Advantage experience a major plus -Administer superior
patient care per value-based healthcare guidelines -Strategize and
execute care plans that center on patient outcomes -Engage in

approach allows you to give each patient the attention they
deserve. - 12-15 patients per day - 8:00 - 4:30 Monday-to-Friday
work schedule - Providers in the group rotate inpatient rounding
every 5-7 weeks -eClinical Works EMR -Comprehensive maternity and
paternity leave - Full benefits - Salary around $250,000 depending
on experience plus ample bonus opportunity
