Evaluation Technician 1st and 2nd Shift

Largo, FL



Kelly is hiring in Largo! Our long standing and cutting-edge medical supply manufacturer is seeking 1st or 2nd Shift Evaluation Technicians for a 12 month contract. This position will perform the various steps contained within the procedure to return the pump to its original state. This facility is located just a 4-minute walk from the bus stop at Belcher Rd S + 114th Ave. The ideal candidate will have a least one year of electrical component repair experience. A high school diploma is required.

1st shift - 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, M-F - $19.60/hour

2nd shift - 2:45 pm - 11:15 pm, M-F - $20.58/hour



Responsibilities


Follows procedures and performs the various steps contained within the procedure to return the pump to its original state and to assure a quality end product.
Troubleshooting various components of the pump.
Able to work with small hand tools
Perform limited technical aspects of the repair, production and/or restock process
Complete all documentation needed for quality compliance
Must be able to identify small electronic components and be able to differentiate using their markings.
Ability to handle often stressful production demands, demonstrates teamwork and cooperation
Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision, including required documentation needed for compliance.
Good Judgment, Positive attitude and a high level of initiative
Willingness and ability to learn production assembly procedures and drawings.

Requirements


High School diploma or GED -
6+ months of electrical component repair
Must be able to sit for most of the workday.
Must have good hand to eye coordination and dexterity
This is a manufacturing environment regulated by the FDA and many other work rules to prevent damage to the product we manufacture. Some of those work rules include but are not limited to: always wearing a static protective smock while in the work area; Wearing a ground wrist strap and plugging that wrist strap into the working table; Working in close proximity to other employees.
