Job Requirements

What We Need From You Clinically

• Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) required
• Oral Surgery Specialty Certificate
• Oral Conscious Sedation and IV Sedation Permit We'll Offer You
