Hospital Risk Management Specialist
Pay Rate: M-F, $18/hour
Remote work not available.
Please note: -80% of the job requires being on the phone conducting investigations.
As Risk Management Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of duties in order to assist in monitoring and evaluating the provision of care/services to ensure operational integrity and efficiency.
These functions include:

• Conducting concurrent and retrospective program integrity reviews
• Identifying areas of practice variances and prioritizing improvement activities, coordinating of loss prevention, loss control and claims management for the inpatient and hospital units
• Facilitating audits and site visits
• Developing procedures and organizational practices for service delivery and improved client care
• Implementing training and education activities
• Promoting the Standards of Conduct and corporate initiatives of the Quality Management Performance Improvement & Risk Management Programs, Health and Safety Program and Compliance Program, serving as quality management provider on committees as the department representative
• Assisting in preparation of reports, proposals, presentations and other special projects.
• Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
  Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)
  
  • Level II Background clearance
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice.
