TRAVEL Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. • Per state law, must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.
• Must pass a drug screening
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related full-time work experience or bachelors degree in science discipline, i.e. Quality, Chemistry, Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Biology, or related field
• Must be familiar with BioTrack THC or be willing to undergo training immediately
• Experience in one or more areas a plus: law/government, compliance auditing, food safety, OSHA, agriculture, and cannabis
• Knowledge of Florida and U.S. federal laws relating to compliance in the cannabis industry
• Experience performing supervisory responsibilities or highly responsible work relating to tasks assigned to this position, or any combination of education and experience provided the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.
• Attention to detail is required
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Meeting deadlines
• Excellent interdepartmental communication
