Job Description:
1-800Accountant is seeking an experienced Sales Manager, who
will be responsible for leading a team of 15-20 sales
professionals, providing daily coaching and development to drive
increased performance and productivity, routinely monitor sales and
productivity diagnostics and focus on meeting/exceeding assigned
business objectives. -Responsibilities:
Manage day to day operations of a
team of sales teamDrive increased productivity and associate
effectiveness through ongoing coaching and developmentImplement
activities to drive employee recognition and engagement through
contests and other gamification activitiesMonitor employee
productivity and performance diagnostics -Evaluate inside sales
strategies and processes and recommend improvementsSupervise team
in accordance with company policies & proceduresManage and maintain
CRM tracking and reportingProactively contribute innovative ideas
and best practices to drive growth and meet / exceed business
objectivesCollaborate with leadership to drive enhanced market
share, product offering and new opportunitiesExecute monthly/weekly
sales strategies depending on the season to maintain consistent
performanceParticipate in recruiting/hiring process when
requestedAdministrative tasks, as neededQualifications:
3+ years of sales experience1+ years
of related inside sales management experienceExceptional written,
verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsPassionate about
coaching Small Business Tax Specialists to reach their maximum
potentialStrong work ethic, Professional, Reliable, Accountable
Ability to stay current on company processes and proceduresAbility
to work in a self-directed, fast-paced environmentStrong CRM
experience, SalesForce a plusHighly proficient computer skills in
MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Google DocsProven problem-solving
skills, with ability to understand impact, identify root cause,
determine the resolution, and make recommendationsReporting to the
Sr. Vice President of Sales, the Sales Manager is responsible for
driving their team to achieve assigned business objectives,
including but not limited to monthly sales budget and client
