This position involves assembling electrical and mechanical components with precision, consistency, and a strong commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities Assemble small electrical or mechanical components according to specifications Use hand tools, fixtures, and basic equipment to complete assembly tasks Inspect parts for accuracy, defects, and proper alignment Follow written instructions, diagrams, and production guidelines Maintain a clean, organized work area Meet daily production goals while upholding quality standards Work safely and follow all workplace procedures Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow written instructions and technical diagrams Comfortable working in a fast?paced, team?oriented environment Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Reliable attendance and punctuality What We Offer $17.75/hr starting pay Raise to $18–$21/hr after 90?day training period Full benefits package and 401(k) Stable, full?time schedule Opportunities for skill development and advancement Supportive team environment Experience Level: Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
