patient care under the supervision of experienced nursing staff.
Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
of patient care. Administer medications and document therapeutic
effects. Take part in the development and modification of patient
care plans. Maintain patient safety and comply with healthcare
regulations. Attend and participate in team meetings and
professional development sessions. Educate patients and their
families on post-hospital care Advocate for patient needs as part
of a holistic care approach Strong clinical skills in a healthcare
setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
work effectively in a team Adaptability and resilience in
high-pressure situations Attention to detail Medical Insurance

Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida or eligible for
licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required;
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
