ERP Reporting Analyst

Wendover Art Group is a privately-owned, domestic manufacturer of
artwork. Since 2005, the Company has transformed from a highly
concentrated wholesaler of reproduction art to an industry leading,
vertically integrated designer and manufacturer of artwork for the
commercial, residential, and corporate markets. Wendover has grown
revenue by over 11x since 2007, and has built a solid foundation
for continued growth.
As part of the Company's growth and technology investment strategy,
Wendover Art Group has recently transitioned to a new ERP system,
called Syspro. Wendover is actively implementing the new system
across the entire company. Wendover is looking for an analyst to
support the existing ERP team's mandate, with a particular focus on
report development and automation.
Because Wendover is integrating this new system across the entire
manufacturing process, the ERP Analyst has exposure to all facets
of operations. The ERP Analyst will have the opportunity to work
closely with team members at every level in every department -
including accounting, supply chain, product development,
production, and warehouse. By collaborating with these teams and
learning how they operate, the ERP Analyst is able to develop
customized reports and technology tools that best fit their needs.
The ERP Analyst's ability to effectively translate the business
requirements of each operating unit into actionable reporting is

developed industry leading LEAN operations. However, through
Syspro, the Company has identified numerous opportunities for
automation, efficiency gains, and increased capabilities. By
supporting the Company's investment in unlocking the potential of
this new system, the ERP Analyst has a direct and immediate impact
on driving the growth and scale of the company.
Primary responsibilities of the role will include:
Report Design & Automation- Meet with end-users to identify and
understand reporting needs. - Design new automated reports
(primarily using SQL, Crystal, Access, and Excel).- Create training
documentation for using reports.- Lead training sessions with
Ad Hoc Reporting Tasks- Aid other analysts in writing ad hoc
reports, retrieving data, etc.- Train analysts on how to work with
the database, build queries, create reports, etc.- Create tools
that streamline data access and usage.- Troubleshoot and correct
reporting issues and inaccuracies.- Support with data cleansing and
data validation tasks.
Our new ERP system utilizes a SQL database, so the ideal candidate
should have at least some basic experience with SQL, such as:-
Ability to design data sources for reports using SQL views,
functions, and stored procedures.- Ability to update and manipulate
data with SQL.
In addition, these are some of the other skills that are beneficial
in this role (though candidates do not need experience in all these
areas):- Strong understanding of relational databases.-
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.-
Basic experience using Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.- Experience
with end-user documentation and training.- Any experience with
Syspro, Crystal Reports, or Visual Basic is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree is required for this role. The most relevant
majors include Management Information Systems, Business, Computer
Science, and Engineering - but all other majors are considered as
Ideal experience level is at least 2+ years' as a reporting
analyst, data analyst, business analyst, report developer, SQL
developer, or other similar role.
This is a full-time, permanent position. The responsibilities
require you to work onsite in our Largo office (i.e. no working
remotely), so we are looking for candidates who want to be part of
